The Maximizer from Toledo Integrated Systems is a PLC based package that incorporated press control and press automation in one system. This is an extremely versatile system that offers programmable limit switches, programmable die protection, tonnage, shut height control, automatic counterbalance, servo feed interface and more. The flexibility of this system allows it to be used to integrate with other automation on the press such as transfers, rolling bolsters, and more.
